ABOUT THE ILF
We live in a world where the law is systemically hijacked, redefined, inverted, and weaponized, manifesting in what has become acceptable vitriol, vandalism, violence, and targeting of Jews and anyone who identifies with the Jewish state, but not only. This mainstreaming of antisemitism is both a symptom and a weapon in a raging war for hearts and minds, that in the words of the late Rabbi Sacks, signals a major threat to “humanity, freedom, and the dignity of difference.”
Anchored in advocacy, education, and accountability, the ILF aims to equip with the tools to fight this raging “eighth front” of war, creating, enhancing, and advancing proactive strategies that remember and remind the fundamental tenets of the law, reclaim their original and principled meaning, and renew the social covenant, commitment, and shared responsibility to uphold, promote, and protect them.
To remember, reclaim, and renew the foundational principles of law vital to protecting universal human rights, in order to combat antisemitism in all its forms.
OUR MISSION:
A reality where law, in its original intent, is equally and consistently applied to all.
