Arsen Ostrovsky is a leading international human rights lawyer and voice in the pro-Israel community. He has spoken before the UN Human Rights Council, in parliaments across Europe, to audiences in North America, as well as regularly addressing the Knesset and other high-level forums. He is considered an expert on Antisemitism, Israeli – Palestinian conflict, BDS Movement and international law. In 2018, Arsen was awarded the Nefesh B’Nefesh Bonei Zion Prize in ‘Israel Advocacy’.Most recently, Arsen was recognized by JNS as one of the ‘Top 40 Advocates for Israel.’ Arsen holds a number of degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Wollongong (Australia), where his Thesis focused on the International Criminal Court and the principle of Universal Jurisdiction.

Jonathan Turner qualified as a barrister in England after taking degrees in law at Cambridge
University and European law at Brussels University. In 2011, Jonathan and other British lawyers founded UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI). Jonathan led the organization from its inception and carried out or participated in many of its projects. In his professional career he has specialized in intellectual property and antitrust law, acting in a number of leading cases. He also contributed to the literature in these fields, including the textbook “Intellectual Property and EU Competition Law” as well as numerous articles and chapters of encyclopedic works.

Legal Director


In the years 2013-2014 Ms. Segal was the Joint Director of Tazpit Press Service (TPS), the only Israeli news agency disseminating news reports and footage in real-time from Israel to media outlets across the world. Prior to 2013, Ms. Segal was a leading member of Shurat Hadin – Israel Law Center's legal team.Ms.Segal Founded and lead the ILF until 2021. Ms. Segal is an expert on the Middle East and International law as well  as specializing in such issues as :  Terror Funding in the West - The Exploitation of Non -Profit Organizations Charitable Foundations, Modern Technology Etc.; The BDS Movement, Global Antisemitism, Women's Right's in The Middle East and Immigrants Communities. Ms. Segal has a BA in Law from the University of Haifa, and an MA in International Relations from the University of Tel Aviv.



Adv Steinman is a retired corporate partner in the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. He brings his experience working in jurisdictions around the world to the fight against BDS, terrorism, and antisemitism. Nadav obtained his law degrees from McGill University in Montreal.

Senior Council


An Israeli lawyer at the International Legal Forum. He has worked at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, commenting, and working on relevant policy. He clerked at Herzog, Fox, Neeman in the International Public Law department, focusing on security export control, anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance. Russell has a BA in political science from McGill University, an MA in Middle Eastern studies from Bar Ilan University, and an LLB from Bar Ilan. 

Junior Council


Asher is the Partner Liaison of the ILF. Born in South Africa, Asher moved to Israel in 2009. Asher has his BA in Government, Strategy and Diplomacy from the IDC, graduating as part of the prestigious Argov Program in Leadership and Diplomacy which seeks to prepare around 20 exceptional IDC students in their final year of B.A studies for future leadership positions in Israel and in the Jewish world. Asher has vast experience in the field of fighting antisemitism and BDS on college campuses around the world as well as educating students (both Israeli and international) on how to deal with this phenomenon wherever it appears. He is currently pursuing his MA in International Relations at the Hebrew University,Jerusalem.

Judge Mukasey assists the International Division’s efforts in North America and serve in a leadership position.

Judge Mukasey served as the 81st Attorney General for the United States between November 9, 2007 and January 20, 2009. Judge Mukasey also served for 18 years as a judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, six of those years as Chief Judge.

He is the recipient of several awards, most notably the Learned Hand Medal of the Federal Bar Council, and is a partner at the international law firm Debevoise & Plimpton.


Executive Director of Stand With Us Northeast U.S., a global Israel education organization, dedicated to sharing Israel's story in word and deed. Previously the Spokesperson of the Consulate General of Israel in New York and a former diplomat at Israel's Foreign Ministry. He is a senior consultant for the ILF in various matters.


Admitted to practice in 2007 and works in the fields of corporate, tax, wealth and estate planning. A member of several fiduciary boards. Graduated from the University of Western Australia with a BA, LLB, and in 2017 completed a course in Public Diplomacy and Advocacy at Bar Ilan University.


A Post-doctoral Fellow and lecturer in the law faculty at the Hebrew University Minerva Center for Human Rights (Jerusalem) and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg).  He lectures in constitutional law, human rights law and transitional justice. Jeremie has previously published in the Oxford University Press and the Melbourne Journal of International law. In 2019, he won the Monash Law Student Publication Prize for his contribution to Law and Memory: Towards Legal Governance of History (Cambridge University Press, 2017).


Obtained his law degrees from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. He has practiced as a lawyer in civil and criminal litigation in the Netherlands. He made Aliyah in 2008 and is now a practicing advocate and notary in Israel.


Lynne is New York Area Coordinator for the ILF. She lives in New York and has a doctorate in Education from Columbia University. Lynne has many years’ experience not only in coordinating advocacy but also in promoting the interests of the Jewish community in the State of New York.
