#SayNoToDurbanIV

In September 2001, the international community gathered in Durban, South Africa, to hold a ‘World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia, and Related Intolerance’.

However, the conference – held under the auspices of the United Nations – descended into a hotbed of unbridled Jew hatred, Antisemitism, vilification of Israel and even outright Holocaust distortion, while giving birth to the modern BDS Movement and Israel 'apartheid’ slur.

In other words, whereas Durban was meant to fight racism, it instead promoted racism and fueled racial hatred against one group of people and one only – the Jewish nation.

This September 22 nd , the United Nations will convene world leaders and civil society in New York to celebrate the 20 th anniversary of this infamous ‘Festival of Hate’.

The International Legal Forum (ILF) has made it a top priority to focus our efforts, together with our partners around the world, to expose the antisemitic roots of Durban and call on all nations and members of civil society, who truly care about fighting racial hatred, combating antisemitism and promoting tolerance, against lending any credence to this modern blood libel.

On this page, you will find numerous materials that we have produced and other resources regarding Durban.
